There are no refunds on our products. All orders are shipped priority via USPS and insured up to $100. Any issues with damages or lost packages should be addressed via USPS/Route insurance.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 30 minutes after placing your order or else we will NOT be able to accept your cancellation request. Once your order has been processed we will not accept any request for cancellation.
