How to Reach Us
Product Orders & Support
Retail & wholesale orders, shipping, tracking, returns & order support. Product orders only — not for hair bookings.
Hair Bookings & Appointments

We do not accept product, order, or booking inquiries through social-media messages or DMs. Please use the contact method that matches your need.
Salon Booking & Appointment Policy
$50 Booking Deposit. A $50 deposit is required for all hair-service appointments to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received, and it applies toward your service total. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows forfeit the $50 deposit, and a new $50 deposit is required to rebook.
Late arrivals & service changes. Please book the exact service you intend to receive and review the preparation requirements listed with it. Significant same-day changes may not be possible if additional time is required, and pricing may change with added hair, length, size or upgrades.

Shipping, Returns & Order Policy
Product customer support. For product orders, shipping, tracking, returns, refunds, damaged items and delivery concerns, email aaysalon2008@gmail.com — product orders only, not for hair bookings.
Order processing. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing (Mon–Fri, excluding major U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping. We do not currently offer free shipping; charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight and method.
Tracking, address & changes. Tracking is sent once shipped. Customers are responsible for a complete, accurate address. To change or cancel, email us as soon as possible — once fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.
Delivered packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, check your delivery areas, verify your address and contact the carrier. A package confirmed delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
Wholesale Order & Shipping Policy
Contact. For all product customers (retail & wholesale), email aaysalon2008@gmail.com. The salon phone, address and social-media messages are not used for product sales or support.
Wholesale offer. The wholesale package is 62 bottles of Peppermint Growth Oil for $930 ($15 each). Suggested retail is $30 per bottle — up to $1,860 in retail sales and up to $930 gross profit when all 62 are sold at $30, before the reseller's own business expenses.
Shipping. Wholesale shipping is additional and calculated at checkout by total weight, destination and order quantity; it is not free. Ordering more packages increases shipping (1 package = 62 bottles, 2 = 124, 3 = 186). Large orders may require an additional shipping quote. Processing time is 2–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays), separate from carrier transit.
All wholesale sales are final — no refunds on wholesale orders. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Tracking is provided after shipment. Damaged-order claims must include the order number plus clear photos of the damaged products and packaging.
