Pre Sale Questions

A skin test is advised with every product purchased because everyone is different.

Processing time takes between 3 and 10 business days as some products are made after your order is placed to preserve freshness. Please allow this time frame before inquiring about your order. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. All orders that are returned due to non-deliverable address are subject to a new shipping fee. In the event you decline the reshipment fee, we will refund you the price of the product, excluding the shipping fee paid during the first shipment.

Returns

Absolutely no returns on cosmetic products as we are a small Black Owned Business who strive to please our customers with the best products. However, your feedback on your experience so we can better assist you is extremely welcomed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via email with pictures of the damaged goods at aaybeauty2008@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that an item is missing from your order, you have 24 Hrs. From the time you receive your delivery to report the issue to us via email.

If you have voluntarily checked out without route insurance , we cannot re-ship missing items past the 7 day mark. Damages to packages without route is to be handled directly via USPS. Route protects you from both missing/ damaged situations so in the event you check out without it what may happen in transit is at buyer's risks. We urge you to be vigilant of your package delivery date and inform Route and/or USPS immediately of any issues as they will be able to rectify them. Only in the event of a missing items within 7 days of delivery date shall WE be the first point of contact.

There are no refunds on our products. All orders are shipped priority via USPS and insured up to $100. Any issues with damages or lost packages should be addressed via USPS/Route insurance.


NOTE: Lost/damaged packages are at buyers own risk if you check out without route insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been placed, we are immediately beginning the process of production of your handmade vegan products to expedite your products to you. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 30 minutes after placing your order or else we will NOT be able to accept your cancellation request.

Once your order has been processed we will not accept any request for cancellation.

NOTE: ALL HIGH RISK ORDERS WILL IMMEDIATELY BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping

Due to decreased funding with USPS, some packages may be delayed in transit to you. We provide priority shipping only to ensure your package is insured and will be handled in the event of a lost package. Once your package has left the facility, we are not responsible for any damages/lost or missing packages. Damaged, lost, & packages that are marked delivered are to be taken up with USPS/ Route through their claim policy.

Aaysalon Divine collection reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact our Customer Service Representatives via email.
